Ingredients
- 1 cup rice
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 450 g sirloin steak
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder or 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 3/4 cup salsa
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 green onions
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 8 lettuce leaves
- 8 tortillas

Instructions
- Cook rice
- While rice cooks, heat oil in large frying pan at medium-high heat
- Cut meat into thin strips against grain
- Cook meat until no longer pink. If using fresh garlic, cook it with the meat
- Add spices to meat while it's browning
- Sliver peppers and add to pan as cut
- Add salsa, worcestershire sauce, and red wine vinegar to pan and stir until well blended
- Slice green onions and grate cheese while meat and peppers cook through
- Assemble tortillas with rice, meat mixture, green onions, lettuce and cheese
