Ingredients
- 1 pkg phyllo pastry
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1 pkg frozen spinach
- 1 yellow onion large
- 1/2 lb feta cheese crumbled
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp fresh dill
- 1/2 tbsp fresh oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 egg beaten

Instructions
- Thaw spinach and sqeeze to remove excess liquid.
- Combine spinach with onion, feta, parsley, dill, oregano, salt, pepper and eggs.
- Place spinach mixture on buttered pastry sheets, rolling or folding as desired.
- Brush top of roll with melted butter.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until browned.
