Instructions
  1. Thaw spinach and sqeeze to remove excess liquid.
  2. Combine spinach with onion, feta, parsley, dill, oregano, salt, pepper and eggs.
  3. Place spinach mixture on buttered pastry sheets, rolling or folding as desired.
  4. Brush top of roll with melted butter.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until browned.
