Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast whole skinless, boneless
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash black pepper
- 1 egg beaten
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp butter

Instructions
- Slice chicken breasts in half.
- Smother both sides with flour.
- Coat chicken with beaten egg.
- Dip chicken in bread crumbs, coating both sides.
- Tap sides, dislodging loose crumbs.
- Sprinkle with pepper and salt to taste.
- Heat oil and butter in skillet.
- Add chicken and cook until golden brown (3-5 minutes each side).
