Ingredients
- 2 pkg tofu extra-firm silken
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 dash black pepper
- 1 bunch green onion chopped

Instructions
- Cut tofu into rectangular prisms.
- Heat wok and then add about 1 tbsp vegetable oil (should have element at setting 8 or 9).
- When smoking, put in one layer of tofu.
- Fry until brown, then flip and fry other side.
- Remove tofu from wok and set aside. Fry next layer of tofu as above and repeat until all tofu has been fried.
- Return all tofu to wok and stir in remaining ingredients.
