Ingredients
- 3/4 cup yellow onion chopped
- 1/2 tbsp garlic chopped
- 1/2 tbsp fresh ginger chopped
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 green chili chopped
- 1/4 cup tomato chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp curry powder
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 lb chicken breast boneless, cubed
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped

Instructions
- Cook first 5 ingredients over medium heat until golden brown.
- Add tomatoes and cook till soft and mushy (approximately 5 minutes).
- Add salt and curry powder, cook 1 minute.
- Add tomato sauce and cook till bubbly.
- Add chicken and cook, turning occasionally, for about 3 minutes.
- Pour in whipping cream and simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Turn heat off and garnish with cilantro.
- Serve over rice or with Naan bread.
