Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 pinch cayenne
- 1 pinch mustard powder
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup cheddar cheese old, grated
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash black pepper

Instructions
- Melt butter in saucepan.
- Take off heat and stir in flour.
- Add spices.
- Replace on med-low heat and stir in milk.
- Cook until sauce has thickened.
- Add cheese and stir until melted.
- Cook on low for a while (approx. 1 hour).
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Steam cauliflower and drain.
- Pour sauce over cauliflower and stir.
