Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon fillet
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions
- Grate entire lemon, reserving zest.
- Squeeze lemon and save juice.
- Combine oil, lemon juice, zest, dill, salt and pepper.
- Pour mixture over salmon, turning salmon to coat.
- Meanwhile, soak a length of untreated cedar in cold water for about 2 hours, then place wood in 450 degree F oven for 5-10 minutes.
- Remove salmon from marinade and bake on plank until cooked, about 10 minutes per inch of thickness of fish.
