Ingredients
- 796 ml can whole peeled tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- 1 pinch granulated sugar

Instructions
- Place tomatoes in a colander set over a bowl and pierce each tomato with a fork then gently press to release any trapped juices. Let them drain for 30 minutes, if you can spare it.
- Add salt, garlic, red pepper flakes and sugar to food processor and process until smooth. Sauce is now ready to be used.
