Instructions
  1. Preheat waffle iron
  2. In medium bowl, whisk together egg yolks, vanilla, buttermilk and butter until blended
  3. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, salt, and cinnamon and stir into buttermilk mixture
  4. In separate bowl, whip egg whites with electric mixer until stiff. Fold into batter
  5. Spoon batter onto waffle iron, close and cook until golden brown. Waffles are usually done when steam subsides.
