Ingredients
- 1/2 cup yellow onion chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 cup white rice or quinoa
- 1 tbsp curry or Spicehouse Moroccan Mix
- 1/2 bay leaves
- 1 1/2 cup chicken broth or 1 3/4 cup water if using quinoa
- 1 dash lemon juice

Instructions
- Wash rice.
- Heat 2tbsp butter.
- Add onion and garlic and cook till clear.
- Add curry.
- Combine rice, bayleaf, chicken broth and cooked onion in pot.
- Top off with enough water to cook rice.
- Cover and bring to boil.
- When boiling, drop heat to low and simmer 15 minutes.
- Add remaining 1tbsp butter and fluff into rice.
- Add lemon juice to taste.
