Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb halibut fillet
- 1/2 cup japanese mayonnaise Kewpie
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/4 tsp lemon juice
- 1 pkg potato chips 3.5 oz, Hard Bite
- 1 cup honey panko crumbs

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine mayo, mustard, garlic powder and lemon juice in a shallow bowl.
- Mix well.
- Coarsley crush the potato chips by squashing them in a bag.
- Add the panko and shake well.
- Spread out onto a plate and dip the halibut fillets into the mayo mix, coating them well.
- Dip all sides into the potatoe ships mix, patting gently to help the coating adhere.
- Place a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the haibut is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
