Ingredients
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 clove garlic minced
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 yellow onion chopped
- 1 can tomato sauce 378mL
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 2 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese grated

Instructions
- Boil water and cook lasagna noodles according to package directions.
- In pot, heat oil and saute garlic and onion.
- Add ground beef.
- Cook until meat is browned and onion is transparent.
- Add tomato sauce, basil, bayleaves and parsley.
- Cook at medium heat for 20 minutes.
- In casserole dish, layer noodles, sauce and grated cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let sit 5 minutes before slicing.
