Instructions
  1. 1. Bring pot of water to boil and cook pasta for 6 minutes or according to package directions.

  2. Meanwhile, saute onion in butter on med-low heat until onions are clear (about 10 minutes).
  3. Add weiners to onions in last 5 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle in paprika, garlic powder and salt. Use less salt if adding weiners.
  5. Take off heat and stir in flour.
  6. Replace on heat and stir in milk until mixture thickens.
  7. Add cheese and stir until melted.
  8. Drain pasta and add to cheese mixture, coating well.
  9. Stir in parsley.
  10. Cover and reduce heat to low for a few minutes to heat up macaroni.
