Ingredients
- 2 pkg brie cheese 250g each
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes drained
- 3/4 cup fresh basil
- 3 tbsp olive oil or oil from tomatoes
- 2 clove garlic minced
- 1 pinch salt

Instructions
- In food processor, chop sun-dried tomatoes
- Add basil leaves until finely chopped
- Add olive oil until blended and smooth
- Add garlic
- Place brie on baking sheet and top with tomato mixture. Recipe can be prepared to this point, covered and refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
- Bake in 350F oven for 5-10 minutes, or until cheese melts slightly.
