Ingredients
- 2 pkg chorizo sausage
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 10 clove garlic minced
- 2 lb ground chicken
- 2 can tomato sauce 680mL each
- 1 can crushed tomatoes 796mL
- 2 cup onion powder
- 5 bay leaves
- 1/4 cup celery salt
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 pinch cayenne
- 1/4 cup fresh oregano chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
- 1 can water 680mL

Instructions
- In large frying pan filled with 1/2 inch of water, brown sausages until no longer pink inside (about 20 minutes).
- Meanwhile, in large pot heat oil and saute garlic until golden.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add tomato sauce and crushed tomatoes.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
- While sausages are still in pan, cut into thirds with kitchen scissors then remove with slotted spoon.
- Add sausages to sauce.
- Cover sauce and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
