Ingredients
- 8 chicken thigh boneless, skinless
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 clove garlic
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cayenne
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped

Instructions
- Place chicken thighs in a large bowl
- Combine lemon juice, garlic, salt, paprika, cinnamon, cumin, cayenne and oil
- Rub marinade into chicken
- Sprinkle with cilantro
- Marinate chicken in fridge, up to overnight
- Cook chicken thighs on hot barbeque, 5 minutes per side
- Reduce heat to low, cover BBQ and cook 15 minutes longer until thighs are cooked through (about 165F w/ meat thermometer)
