Instructions
  1. Peel shells from shrimp, leaving tails attached.
  2. Make slit along back of each shrimp and remove dark vein.
  3. Rince under cold running water, drain, and pat dry.
  4. Mix ginger, garlic, cayenne, pepper, turmeric, mustard seeds, and cardamom seeds in bowl.
  5. Add shrimp and toss to coat with spices.
  6. Heat wok until hot.
  7. Add butter and swirl around until foaming.
  8. Add marinated shrimp and stirfry for 1-1.5 minutes, until they're just turning pink.
  9. Stir in coconut milk and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  10. Season with salt and pepper.
  11. Sprinkle over cilantro and serve with nan bread.
