Ingredients
- 1 pkg yellow cake mix Duncan Hines
- 1 pkg vanilla instant pudding small
- 1/2 cup shortening Crisco
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 egg
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 cup pecans chopped, toasted
- 1 cup dry coconut toasted, fine
- 4 oz semi-sweet baking chocolate grated, German

Instructions
- Stir together the first 4 ingrediants.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.
- Add rest of ingrediants and mix well.
- Bake in a well buttered and floured bundt pan at 350F for 50-55 minutes.
- Put out on rack and cool.
