  1. Cut chicken into strips. For more tender strip, cut AGAINST to the grain
  2. Combine milk, lemon juice, sugar and pepper into small bowl
  3. Whisk in cornstarch. This gives protective coating that locks in juices
  4. Pour over chicken and marinate between 20-60 minutes
  5. Heat up oil to approx 365F
  6. Combine all batter ingredients into shallow bowl
  7. Thoroughly coat all chicken in batter
  8. Fry chicken 2-4 minutes each side, depending on how thick they are. Should be approx 165F internal temp.
  9. Remove chicken and place on paper towel
