Instructions
  1. Throw bones in pot and cover with water.
  2. Bring to a boil, then turn heat to low.
  3. Simmer for 2-3 hours, then drain.
  4. Wash rice.
  5. Place rice in pot and cover with turkey broth to about 1 inch from top.
  6. Add ginger, dry shrimp and salt turnip.
  7. Cover and place on heat; bring to boil.
  8. Reduce heat and simmer for about 1 hour.
  9. Wisk to remove lumps.
  10. Serve with green onions.

Can substitute 1 1/2 cups cooked rice for 3/4 cups dry rice.
