Instructions
  1. Cut pork into thin slices across the grain of the meat.
  2. Marinate pork with garlic and ginger at room temperature for 15 minutes.
  3. Blend together stock, sherry, soy sauce, sugar, and cornstarch in a small bowl.
  4. Heat oil in wok or large frying pan.
  5. Stir-fry marinated pork for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add peppers and scallions and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  7. Add beans and sauce mixture and cook until thick.
  8. Optionally garnish with fresh cilantro sprigs.
