Instructions
  1. Cut salmon crosswise into 2-3 inch wide pieces. Measure thickness to determine cooking time.
  2. Mix all other ingredients together and pour into shallow glass dish.
  3. Add fillets to dish, turning to coat. Cover dish and let marinate in fridge for up to 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
  4. Reserving marinade, place fillets skin side down on greased grill over medium-high heat.
  5. Cook fillets, basting frequently and using all the marinade, for 10 minutes per inch of thickness.
  6. Turn fillets over halfway through cooking.
  7. Cook fillets until fish flakes easily when tested with fork and flesh is opaque.
