Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb pork ribs approx 2 dozen back ribs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp mustard powder
- 2 clove garlic minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano or rosemary

Instructions
- Set ribs in shallow baking dish.
- Combine all other ingredients and pour over ribs.
- Marinade in fridge for 2 hours.
- Remove from fridge 1 hour before cooking to bring ribs to room temperature.
- Bake a 325 degrees F for 30 minutes.
- Turn ribs over and bake for another 30 minutes.
- Can brush regularly with marinade until 20 minutes before serving.
