Ingredients
- 9 potato
- 3 clove garlic minced
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions
- Cut potatoes into wedges.
- Mix all remaining ingredients together and pour over potatoes.
- Bake at 325 degrees F for 2 hours.
