Ingredients
- 3 cup macaroni
- 1/2 yellow onion chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cup cheddar cheese grated
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- 4 wiener sliced, optional

Instructions
1. Bring pot of water to boil and cook pasta for 6 minutes or according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, saute onion in butter on med-low heat until onions are clear (about 10 minutes).
- Add weiners to onions in last 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle in paprika, garlic powder and salt. Use less salt if adding weiners.
- Take off heat and stir in flour.
- Replace on heat and stir in milk until mixture thickens.
- Add cheese and stir until melted.
- Drain pasta and add to cheese mixture, coating well.
- Stir in parsley.
- Cover and reduce heat to low for a few minutes to heat up macaroni.
