Breadcrumb based stuffing.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 onion very large, minced
- 3 celery stalks chopped
- 2 cup mushrooms chopped
- 4 cup white breadcumbs
- 1/4 cup parsley chopped
- 1 cup pecans chopped
- 1 tbsp summer savory
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper

Instructions
- In large pot, melt butter then add onion and saute until golden.
- Take off element and add celery and mushrooms.
- Gradually add breadcrumbs until mixture is no longer wet, but not super dry. Amount this will require will vary.
- Add remaining ingredients.
