Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup Dry bread crumbs
- 3 Tbsp parmesan cheese
- 3 Tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp fresh parsley
- 1.5 tsp Thyme Or oregano
- 1/4 Cup Oil
- 1/4 Cup butter
- 2 Cloves garlic
- 2.5 Lbs Chicken Thighs and legs

Combine first seven ingredients in deep pie plate. Heat oil, butter, and garlic until garlic turns a golden brown. Roll chicken in butter mixture then roll in crumbs and arrange in shallow greased pan. Bake 350 for about 1 hour. Drizzle with melted butter during baking if surface becomes dry.
