Instructions
  1. Place chicken thighs in a large bowl
  2. Combine lemon juice, garlic, salt, paprika, cinnamon, cumin, cayenne and oil
  3. Rub marinade into chicken
  4. Sprinkle with cilantro
  5. Marinate chicken in fridge, up to overnight
  6. Cook chicken thighs on hot barbeque, 5 minutes per side
  7. Reduce heat to low, cover BBQ and cook 15 minutes longer until thighs are cooked through (about 165F w/ meat thermometer)
