Instructions
  1. Combine pumpkin, sugar, flour, salt and spices.
  2. Beat eggs slightly and add to mixture.
  3. Stir in milk and orange juice.
  4. Pour into pie shell.
  5. Bake at 425 degrees F for 15 minutes.
  6. Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees F and continue baking for 35 to 40 minutes. Filling is cooked when a knife inserted in centre comes out clean.
Recipe Notes

NOTE: Can substitute either homogenized milk or light cream for evaporated milk. Can also substitute mace for nutmeg.
