Dough
  1. Dissolve instant yeast and sugar in warm water.
  2. Combine yeast mixture with salt and olive oil.
  3. Add 2 cups of flour and stir until dough forms.
  4. Remove from bowl and knead for 5 minutes, adding flour as needed (probably at least another 1/2 cup).
  5. Place dough in greased bowl and brush top with melted butter.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place for 45 minutes.
  7. Punch down dough then place on floured surface and roll out quite thin.
  8. Transfer to large cookie sheet and apply toppings.
Sauce
  1. Spread pesto sauce over rolled out dough.
  2. Sprinkle on black olives.
  3. Cover with parsley.
  4. Add 3/4 cups asiago cheese, reserving 1/4 cup.
  5. Add chopped onion.
  6. Squeeze roasted garlic meat from cloves and spread over pizza.
  7. Add feta cheese.
  8. Spoon on 1 tbsp of bruschetta sauce per square inch of pizza.
  9. Top with remaining asiago.
  10. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
