Ingredients
Sauce
- 1 clove garlic roasted
- 1 pkg basil pesto sauce Dusos
- 1/3 cup black olives
- 1 bunch fresh parsley coarsely chopped
- 1 cup asiago cheese grated
- 1 yellow onion chopped large
- 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
- 1 1/2 cup bruschetta sauce Safeway

Instructions
Dough
- Dissolve instant yeast and sugar in warm water.
- Combine yeast mixture with salt and olive oil.
- Add 2 cups of flour and stir until dough forms.
- Remove from bowl and knead for 5 minutes, adding flour as needed (probably at least another 1/2 cup).
- Place dough in greased bowl and brush top with melted butter.
- Cover with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place for 45 minutes.
- Punch down dough then place on floured surface and roll out quite thin.
- Transfer to large cookie sheet and apply toppings.
Sauce
- Spread pesto sauce over rolled out dough.
- Sprinkle on black olives.
- Cover with parsley.
- Add 3/4 cups asiago cheese, reserving 1/4 cup.
- Add chopped onion.
- Squeeze roasted garlic meat from cloves and spread over pizza.
- Add feta cheese.
- Spoon on 1 tbsp of bruschetta sauce per square inch of pizza.
- Top with remaining asiago.
- Bake at 400 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
