Instructions
- Slice 1/2 inch off top of garlic.
- Remove outer papery skin from garlic head, leaving the cluster of cloves intact.
- Put garlic, cut side up, in small baking dish.
- Drizzle head with olive oil and sprinkle lightly with salt.
- Pour in water to 1/4 inch up sides of garlic.
- Cover tightly with foil.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours.
