Ingredients
- 3/4 lb spaghetti
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash black pepper
- 1 tbsp pine nuts roasted, optional

Instructions
- NOTE: Can substitute 1 tbsp chopped fresh herbs for each 1 tsp dried.
- Bring a pot of water to boil and begin cooking spaghetti according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, heat olive oil.
- Saute garlic in oil.
- Remove from heat and stir in basil and parsley.
- Drain pasta.
- Toss pasta with garlic mixture, lemon juice and red wine vinegar.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Optionally, toss in pine nuts.
