Ingredients
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 lb pork tenderloin trimmed

Instructions
- Preheat Broiler
- In cup, combine curry powder, cumin, salt, cinnamon, and oil; rub on tenderloin
- Place tenderloin on rack in broiling pan
- Place pan in broiler 5"-7" from heat source
- Broil tenderloin, turning once, until meat thermometer inserted into center of pork reaches 155F, 15 to 20 minutes. Internal temperature will rise to 160F upon standing.
- Place meat on cutting board and let stand for 5 minutes to set juices for easier slicing.
- With knife held in slanting position, almost parallel to board, cut tenderloing into 1/4" thick slices
