Instructions
  1. Preheat Broiler
  2. In cup, combine curry powder, cumin, salt, cinnamon, and oil; rub on tenderloin
  3. Place tenderloin on rack in broiling pan
  4. Place pan in broiler 5"-7" from heat source
  5. Broil tenderloin, turning once, until meat thermometer inserted into center of pork reaches 155F, 15 to 20 minutes. Internal temperature will rise to 160F upon standing.
  6. Place meat on cutting board and let stand for 5 minutes to set juices for easier slicing.
  7. With knife held in slanting position, almost parallel to board, cut tenderloing into 1/4" thick slices
