Ingredients
- 3 lb mussels
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 3 fresh parsley sprigs
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 yellow onion chopped

Instructions
- Scrub and debeard mussels.
- Melt butter in pot.
- Toss in mussels.
- Add garlic, parsley, onion and wine.
- Bring to boil with lid off.
- Cover and simmer on low for 5-6 minutes, shaking pot every few minutes.
- Mussels are done when shells have opened.
