Instructions
  1. Scrub and debeard mussels.
  2. Melt butter in pot.
  3. Toss in mussels.
  4. Add garlic, parsley, onion and wine.
  5. Bring to boil with lid off.
  6. Cover and simmer on low for 5-6 minutes, shaking pot every few minutes.
  7. Mussels are done when shells have opened.
