Instructions
Step 1
  1. Beat eggs, water and sugar for 10 minutes in a mixer at high speed, or for 20 minutes by hand, until thick and creamy.
  2. Fold in flour, then melted butter.
  3. Line bottom of a 9-inch round cake pan with parchment paper.
  4. Pour batter into pan.
Step 2
  1. Fill bottom of wok with water.
  2. Bring water to rolling boil.
  3. Set pan on steaming rack and cover.
  4. Turn heat down to medium.
  5. Steam for 20 minutes.
Step 3
  1. Cake is done if toothpick inserted in it comes out clean.
  2. Turn out cake and peel off parchment.
  3. Serve warm or at room temperature.
