Ingredients
- 4 bunch baby bok choy
- 2 clove garlic chopped
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp water
- 2 tsp sesame oil

Instructions
- Heat wok; add oil.
- Stir-fry garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add bok choy and stir-fry on high for 1 minute.
- Add water, sugar, salt and soy sauce.
- Cover and simmer on low a few minutes.
- Stir in sesame oil and serve.
