Ingredients
- 12 oz sirloin steak
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 12 oz broccoli
- 4 green onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger
- 1/2 cup beef bouillon
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp dry sherry
- 2 tsp brown sugar

Instructions
- Cut beef into thin slices across the grain.
- Coat beef strips with cornstarch.
- Heat seasme oil in frying pan.
- Fry beef strips over heat for 3 minutes.
- Remove beef strips and set aside.
- Add broccoli, scallions, carrots, garlic, ginger, and stock to frying pan.
- Cover and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Uncover and cook, stirring until stock reduced entirely.
- Mix soy sauce, sherry, brown sugar, and beef into frying pan.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously.
