Ingredients
- 4 cup rotini
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 clove garlic minced
- 6 tomato
- 1 zucchini
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 tbsp basil pesto sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh basil chopped

Instructions
- Chop tomatoes, zucchini, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil.
- Saute garlic.
- Add tomatoes and cook until softened and no longer solid.
- Toss in peppers and zucchini and cook until zucchini is semi-transparent.
- Meanwhile, bring a pot of water to boil and cook rotini according to package directions.
- Drain pasta and toss with vegetables, pesto and basil.
- Serve with grated cheese.
