Instructions
  1. Chop tomatoes, zucchini, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil.
  3. Saute garlic.
  4. Add tomatoes and cook until softened and no longer solid.
  5. Toss in peppers and zucchini and cook until zucchini is semi-transparent.
  6. Meanwhile, bring a pot of water to boil and cook rotini according to package directions.
  7. Drain pasta and toss with vegetables, pesto and basil.
  8. Serve with grated cheese.
